My name is Courtney Mergen and I am a compassionate and open-minded licensed mental health therapist located in Des Moines, Iowa. I enjoy working with preteens, adolescents, and adults. My approach is grounded in research-backed techniques that have been proven to be effective. My interest areas include trauma/PTSD, women's issues, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and sexual strain/dysfunction. I understand and appreciate the vulnerability and courage it takes to seek therapy. You are not alone and your potential is limitless.
