Trouble falling or staying asleep? Daytime fatigue dragging you down? I’ve got you. Sleep is crucial for overall well-being, and when it's elusive, it can affect every aspect of your daily routine. That's why I became trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i). CBT-i is a research-based approach designed to help reset your sleep patterns and reduce your reliance on sleep medications. My goal is to help you achieve the restful and restorative sleep you need and deserve. Together, we can work toward a solution that enhances your quality of life and overall health.

Directions:

Enter the parking lot on Woodland Avenue and park on the side facing Valley West Drive. Take the sidewalk between the two buildings and walk straight back. You will see Thriving Therapy LLC on the green sign outside the door.
